Our Responsibilities

Overview of Corporate Social Responsibility at Shannon Technical Services

At Shannon Technical Services, we believe that business success is built on more than commercial performance. We are committed to integrity and responsibility and hold ourselves to the highest standards in our dealings with stakeholders.

Our ethical business practices, environmental care and social responsibility are not separate initiatives – they are woven into who we are. By supporting our people, engaging with our communities and embedding sustainable practices across our operations, we aim to contribute to a better future for all.

“From day one, our mission has been to change the way people are treated in aviation. We've focused on improving the employee experience internally while delivering responsive on-demand service to our partners, stakeholders ,and valued clients of airlines, MROs and lessors.”

Our ESG Journey

Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) principles play a vital role in building a sustainable future for our industry and communities. We are developing a robust ESG strategy aligned with international best practice, with measurable targets integrated into our operations, including ongoing monitoring of equality metrics such as our gender pay gap.

Every member of our team has undertaken the Inniu Sustainability Training Programme through Aviation Skillnet, equipping us with the knowledge to make responsible decisions at every level. Alongside this, we support initiatives that reflect our values—from tree planting and education programmes to employee‑led charitable events and scholarships. These actions strengthen our culture of responsibility and show the impact we can have together.

As we move forward, our focus is on formalising and expanding our ESG commitments, ensuring they remain at the heart of our long‑term strategy and growth. We are dedicated to driving meaningful change, both within aviation and across the communities we serve.
