You get defined coverage hours across time zones, daily stand-ups in critical phases, and clear handover windows. A: We baseline the plan and scope, then run formal change control. Workscopes are challenged, quotes are competitive, and rate cards are enforced. Vendors operate to SLAs and KPIs with daily or weekly reviews; issues escalate early. Purchase orders and invoices are verified against scope, rates and Incoterms, with variances tracked to closure.
