Our modern, compliant facility in Shannon holds physical archives with mirrored cloud access, managed by experienced aviation personnel. Remote or on-site records co‑ordinators, project dependent, ensure fast mobilisation and consistent standards worldwide. Processes align with EASA Part-CAMO and Part-M, and Part-145 documentation standards. Information security controls are aligned to EASA Part-IS.

A: We acknowledge within agreed hours and mobilise remote or on-site co-ordinators as required. Start dates are scheduled to your SLA, with priority handling for urgent cases.

A: Role-based access, encryption at rest and in transit, audit logs and NDAs for all users. Processes align to EASA Part-IS information security requirements.

A: Documented handling and transfer logs, indexed inventories, release certificates (for example EASA Form 1 or FAA 8130-3), test reports and, where applicable, back-to-birth evidence. Everything is packaged for audits and handbacks.
