About the Role
The successful Applicant will be a key component of the Material Services Team. They will require excellent administration skills to support the aircraft materials process across a range of key client accounts and the multiple functions of the Materials Services Team. The key role will be in assisting the procurement of materials for transition aircrafts.
Key Responsabilities and Duties:
● Raise and review requests for quotations
● Raise and issue purchase and advance exchange orders
● Review and reconcile material requests forms to ensure all orders are submitted
● Ensure all Orders are acknowledged
● Coordinate the delivery of all parts
● Manage and facilitate core returns as part of advance exchanges
● Update systems frequently with relevant information. i.e. AWB details
● Resolve queries from customers and be solution oriented
● Review and Action invoices
● Maintain good working relationship with customers and suppliers
● Resolve any PO or Budget issues promptly to ensure parts are delivered
● Provide project reports on a daily, weekly, monthly basis
● Review and set up new suppliers
● Daily filing and saving in shared drive as per processes documented
Required Competencies:

● Commitment to a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Education and Experience:
● Preferred Degree in business, supply chain or similar qualification or relevant experience
● Experience of working in Aviation Supply Chain and Logistics (Desirable)
● Microsoft Excel experience
● Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical thinking and organisational skills
● Ability to work independently, to work under pressure and to handle several projects at once
● Experience in work with cross functional teams
